OSP (On Site Placement) is a not-for-profit organization located in Edmonton, dedicated to fostering an inclusive community through employment-related services since 1981. Our mission is to match individuals facing barriers, including those with disabilities, with the staffing needs of local businesses, non-profit organizations, and government partners. By offering tailored training programs, we empower clients to build confidence and enhance their employability.
Founded by Donna Garvin and Helena Burke, OSP began with a vision to bridge the gap between hardworking individuals and supportive employers. Today, we proudly serve over 300 clients each year, connecting them to meaningful employment opportunities.
